Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) is in contract with opinions issued in nyc, Illinois, and Nevada that day-to-day fantasy sports (DFS) operators come in violation of state law and are operating unlawful gambling enterprises.

In their response to a query made by Texas State Rep. Myra Crownover (R-District 64), Paxton connected the element of opportunity connected with the contests to gambling.
